Joe has helped us limp through the past few years with our old boiler. Last year he stripped it down and patched it in order to get us one extra year before replacement. They just replaced it last week as planned, and the new boiler is awesome. They ran into a few issues with our piping which was not unexpected, but all in all, we have a nice, toasty house at the price that was quoted, and a new boiler that should last us well into the future.
