Excellent job. My air conditioner stopped working. The response time from my initial call was surprisingly quick considering the hot weather. My problem was diagnosed and it turned out that I needed a furnace. My furnace was installed the next day. I realize this is unusual, but thankfully I caught them at the right time. The workers were professional and friendly. They worked very hard for me and made sure the job was completed to my satisfaction. Answered all my questions with patience and sincerity. They made sure that the area was left clean. I was completely satisfied with all aspects of my job. I would recommend them with no hesitation. As a matter of fact, I told a friend about them the next day and they asked for their number. Thanks again gentlemen.
I can’t rave enough about Joe Ward. He came out on a Saturday, found the problem and suggested we replace the furnace. Repairing it could not guarantee it would get us through the winter. A new furnace was ordered and put in the following Tuesday. With the sudden drop in temperature, it was great to not have to worry about the furnace shutting off on us again. Joe even helped shovel my way out of my driveway when I got stuck. I highly recommend Berkshire Heating & Cooling.
Joe has helped us limp through the past few years with our old boiler. Last year he stripped it down and patched it in order to get us one extra year before replacement. They just replaced it last week as planned, and the new boiler is awesome. They ran into a few issues with our piping which was not unexpected, but all in all, we have a nice, toasty house at the price that was quoted, and a new boiler that should last us well into the future. Serious shoutout for 1) Calling us back any time we had a question. 2) Sticking to the schedule 3) Explaining the entire process and expectations in detail up front. 4) Getting us what we need without the hard upsell.
